Avoid travel stress -
Schedule plenty of extra time to get to the airport, train
station or destination to avoid your anxiety getting to be
delayed en route to the places. It is ideally to pack your
travel light and carry only the things you need. It's a good
idea to use a luggage trolley at the airport or buy a fold-up
luggage rack with wheels. Relax yourself by reading or
listening to music on your ipod could also reduce your travel
stress.
Exercise - Do some light
exercise while you are on a plane, train or bus. Sitting for
too long of time may make your feet and ankles swell and your
legs cramp. You can request for an aisle seat so you can get up
and doing some simple stretches. Stretch your leg, heel first
and gently flex your foot to stretch your calf muscles if you
are sitting and standing. It is a good idea to take off your
shoes as your feet may swell during the flight making your
shoes feel tight. If you are sitting, rotate your ankles and
wiggle your toes.
Maximise your energy - Now

Your babymoon trip should be a relaxing and comfortable
vacation. Although the activities such as visiting museums,
hiking mountains and going to the theatre has always been part
of your travel routine, now don't try to tackle all the things
you did before you become pregnant. It is your time to slow
down and build quiet times into your daily routine. When you
reach your destination, relax yourself by taking a bath,
napping or reading on the beach. You could also spending a
quiet evening with your partner with room service that can keep
you feeling and energised throughout your trip.

eat healthy and eat smart. Missing meals in the trip could make
you feeling sick or faint. Always check on the food that you
should take and what kind of food you should avoid to prevent
food poisoning. Before your travel, pack some healthy energy
booster food together and always remember to bring along
bottled water and drink it regularly to avoid dehydration.
Drinking extra fluids such as orange juice or milk will help to
prevent swollen feet and ankles too.

vegetables and plenty of protein. It's important don't skimp on
regular and nutritious meals in your trip and the eating
schedule is always essential for pregnant women. Do consult
with your doctor and seek their advice about taking extra
vitamin and mineral supplements during your travelling.
