problems and babymoon holidays may help to overcome
the sleeping difficulties. The sleep problems that pregnant
women have include waking up often during the night, sleep
that isn't restful, trouble returning to sleep and more

finding a comfortable position for sleeping and this problem

Take naps - Don't plan for
tight schedule of sight viewing for your trip. Take nap when

Take a warm shower or bath
- To relax yourself and to help get into sleep, you could take
a shower or warm bath at bedtime.
Deep breathing - You may
exercise relaxation by deep breathing or simply closing your
eyes and imagining a peaceful scene.
Sleeping on your side - Try
to sleep on your left side and avoid sleeping flat on your
back. Sleeping on your left side can improve your circulation
and help reduce swelling in your feet. If you are sleeping flat
on your back, it can increase your chances of getting backaches
and can aggravate digestive problems, heartburn and
hemorrhoids. This position also puts the full weight of your
uterus on your back and on the major vein that carries blood
between your lower body and heart. Work out your comfortable
sleeping position by sleeping on your side to get more
rest.
Use pillows - Bring along
more pillows when going for the babymoon travelling. You can
also request from the hotel if you find it's troublesome to
bring your own. Use more pillow to support your back and
abdomen. You can also tuck one pillow between your legs.
Exercise - Exercise for at
least 30 minutes per day can help you get a better night's
sleep. Walking is a good exercise during pregnancy. However,
don't over tired yourself when on babymoon travelling. Stop
walking immediately when you feel tired and get more fluid to
boost your energy.
Comfortable temperature at
room - Make sure the room is at a comfortable
temperature and some relaxing or natural sounds may help to
make you sleepy. Avoid watch television or read in bed.
Avoid getting up during the
night - Gently stretch your leg muscles before bedtime
could help to prevent nighttime leg cramps. You can also reduce
the number of times you need to get up to urinate by avoid
drinking anything for the two or three hours before bedtime.
However, must remember to drink adequate fluids earlier in the
day.
Don't take sleeping
medications - Don't try to take any sleeping
medications without your doctor's approval.

rest while babymoon holidays and to reduce your
anxiety and stress. A short trip would definitely helps your
sleeplessness and at the same time recharge your batteries,
step off of the treadmill of life and begin to see things in
a different perspective.
